Description Loose Feather Fan made of ten white eagle tail feathers. There are red and green fluffs at the bottom of each feather where it is wrapped with hide. The three center eagle feathers have a row of blue, white, and red beadwork around the base of each feather on the hide. There are two braided strands of hide that hang below the handle. Four small metal clasps are on each of the two braided hide strands that hang down.
