Description Purple, reddish purple and natural color, double walled basket; has oak splint band woven in from top and has repeated motif of woman in patterned purple blanket; signed and dated on bottom by Doering; signed on oak band by Bails; basket is predominantly purple outside with bands of natural and reddish purple, inside is undyed.
