Description 3 golden eagle, 6 scissortail, 2 magpie pheasant, 2 water bird, 1 roadrunner, 20 miscellaneous parrot feathers; fan with detachable handle with aluminum ferrel. Multicolored feather tufts on top and bottom of feathers. Piece of fur attached to top of feathers with tufts on them. Two feathers wrapped in middle with fur and multicolored tufts attached to top portion of feather. Series of dyed notches made in spine of some feathers. One spine stripped of feathers and multicolored feather tufts attached to it. Quills wrapped in white deerskin with beading matching handle around top. White deerskin handle beaded in light blue, dark blue, red, orange, white, yellow, black, green, dark red, and brown in peyote stitch. White deerskin fringe at bottom of fan with small metal bands on four strands. Two strands of fringe have successive number of silver bands with a silver cross pendant, or charm and one of the Virgin Mary and Jesus on a blue background. A third pendant on fringe is a silver bell. Two strands of fringe beaded near bottom in blue, red, and yellow, has a small piece of fur below beading and pink, blue, red, and orange multicolored feather tufts at the end.
