Description Tall case clock; scroll pediment and finial; dial window is rectangular with arched top; dial is enameled metal, a circular design with half-circular cutout above and a sun/moon revolving plate behind; two fluted columns stand free on either side of upper clock case; center clock case contains only wires, has a rectangular door with arched top; clock base is straight and rectangular;

Provenance Sheraton period, over 150 years old at time of DAR acquisition, 1941; original handmade brass works and rope cable which was replaced by a wire one; belonged to the Waldow family in Connecticut before 1800 and was found in the home of a descendant, E.L. Waldow, living in Ponca City, OK
