Fan has a handle wrapped in white leather, around base of handle is a leather piece with green bead work on the edge and attached to the base of handle covering the tips of the 8 inch long multi-braided white fringe; the Ferrugienous Hawk feathers of fan are attached to 12 posts wrapped in white leather; feathers are approximately 8 inches long and have a small green feather attached at base; attached to one of the strips of fringe is a linked chain (13 links) and small metal cross .75 inches long|
