Cast iron coffee grinder mounted on a wood base. There are two fly wheels, one of which has a wood handle to crank the grinder. There is a swivel lid on top of the hopper. Under the hopper is a metal drawer with a white porcelain knob. The grinder and base have been painted red and the rims of the fly wheels are painted black. Roasted coffee beans would be placed in the hopper to be ground up for coffee. At the base of the grinder, just above the drawer is stamped "Enterprise M'F'G' Co., Philadelphia. This is also stamped on the flywheels.
