Description Macaw and magpie feather fan with removable handle. Handle length approximately 3 in. Brick, or Peyote-stitch beadwork in red, light blue, yellow, and purple, with a white beaded background on handle. Pairings of purple, red, and orange beads run vertically between each peyote design. 14 total feathers approximately 11.75 in. long. 5 orange and blue Macaw feathers. 9 iridescent green (anterior) and dull brown (posterior) Magpie feathers. Small tufts of pink, green, yellow, red, and orange and black-striped feathers attached to bottom of feathers. Quills wrapped in deerskin and attached to screw, so that handle may be removed. White deerskin fringe, approximate length of 7.5 in, consists of 15 individual strands. Metal clasp reinforcements .5 in. from end of each strand.
