Description Pheasant and magpie feather fan. Handle beaded with brick, or peyote-stitch beadwork. Peyote-stitch is blue, pink, green, yellow, red, and one white row in center. 22 total feathers. 11 pheasant feathers. 11 magpie feathers. 2 pheasant feathers detached. Quills wrapped in deerskin. Row of blue and red beads around base of feathers. Only found on 2 attached feathers and 1 detached feather. Remnants of red feather tufts at base of the 3 feathers with the row of beads. Rolled, white, deerskin fringe, approximately 8.5 in. long, with 12 individual strands.
